This morning a very excited classroom of third graders from Loyal Heights Elementary School visited the Market. One group was lucky to be invited in to La Buona Tavola, where David explained the story of truffles (the kind that grow underground)…

and he also gave them a taste of truffle salt, which everyone thought was delicious:

Since it was such a beautiful day, and since this group had such excellent manners, they got to take a special trip up to the observation deck at the Inn at the Market – best view in the Market!
