An enthusiastic and well prepared classroom of fourth graders from Terrace Park Elementary kicked off 2018 with an exciting trip to the Market. Having been recently treated in the Market Classroom to a couple of tasty doughnuts from  Daily Dozen Doughnuts, one group just had to see were they were made. Pretty cool:

On another end of the taste spectrum, but still delicious, that group headed over to Sotto Voce, where they were presented with an amazing array of flavored oils and vinegars:

Then there were the fresh fruits and vegetables everywhere:

To say nothing of the specialty foods, like those tasty pickles, at Britt’s Pickles:

Nothing could end the day better than the expansive view from the observation deck at the Inn at the Market
