Today there were TWO tours from Daniel Bagley Elementary at the Market. The afternoon tour was for a classroom of wonderful 2nd and 3rd graders. One group started off at DiLaurentis, where a student asked a great question:

As they headed up the North Arcade, they had a chance to sample some chocolate linguine from Pappardelle’s Pasta (crunchy, but tasty):

Across the street at Sotto Voce they tried even more Italian flavorings, this time some olive oils with herbs and spices:
