Today a well-prepared class of first and second graders from Green Lake Elementary School had a fabulous time learning about the Market. During the introduction, the class was lucky to be greeted by Brian, from Beechers, who is working on a food education certificate through EduCulture. Here he prepares individual samplers of different cheeses that vary in taste, texture, smell, etc.

At the north end of the North Arcade, they had an especially interesting talk with Scott about his amazing Heat-Wave Synergy massage stones:
