Today a well-prepared class of first and second graders from Green Lake Elementary School had a fabulous time learning about the Market. During the introduction, the class was lucky to be greeted by Brian, from Beechers, who is working on a food education certificate through EduCulture. Here he prepares individual samplers of different cheeses that vary in taste, texture, smell, etc.
Later on, one group got a personalized lesson from Brian on how they make cheese at Beecher’s Handmade Cheeses:
