Two nice fourth grade classes from King’s Elementary toured the Market today! This is the first class.

One group started out watching the amazing doughnut making machine at Daily Dozen Doughnuts:

They enjoyed chatting with the fishmongers at Pike Place Fish:

Later on they checked out the samples at Woodring Orchards – some really delicious jams and jellies!

After learning about the cheese-making process at Beecher’s Handmade Cheese, they also got to sample either cheddar cheese or cheese curds (the curds were the winner):
