An excited class of second graders from Kimball Elementary visited the Market today. One small group started off at Don and Joe’s Meats, where Don pointed out some really interesting things for sale – like beef tongue (eeew):

Heading past the daystalls in the North Arcade, they enjoyed trying out some of the Lavender Stress Balls for sale (they asked first, of course):

Later on, they had a great time with a craftsman who designed pottery items that glowed after exposure to light – amazing!

They were also amazed when they got a behind the scenes look at Market Security, which runs 24-7-365, keeping everybody safe:
