A third grade classroom from Wedgwood Elementary School had some wonderful learning experiences at the Pike Place Market today. A favorite early stop for many groups is Daily Dozen Doughnuts, where seemingly endless mounds of doughnuts are made by an amazing machine, all day long. The scene there is mesmerizing:

Another highlight of many groups, as well as this one, is a visit to Beecher’s Handmade Cheese. While the production there is also quite a sight, there are some mighty tasty samples – yum!

Ending up the tour with a special Busker moment, they enjoyed the upbeat music of Jeffrey Circus (see a short video here):
