School Program Leaders met in the “Classroom” in the Economy Building to plan for the upcoming classroom Field Trips.
We then headed out into the Market to reintroduce ourselves to some of the vendors. The first stop was a sad one, as we had to say farewell to Alan, at The Great Wind-Up. After 19 years as owner, he is closing his business. Many, many thanks to Alan for his willingness to chat with the kids, talk about running a business – and offering them a chance to play with some of his great toys! We wish him the best, and hope to see him around the Market in the future!
