An excited classroom of second graders from St John School took in the sights, sounds, tastes, and smells of the Market today. One of their stops also included a treat for the sense of touch – indi chocolate, where Erin talked about where her chocolate comes from, and then shared some special chocolate lotions and lip balm!
Continuing the chocolate theme, they tried out some yummy samples of chocolate linguine from Pappardelle’s Pasta:
The group got to taste a delicious red pear (from Eastern WA) at Frank’s Quality Produce in the Corner Market Building:
One sample the group especially enjoyed was getting to try out some of the amazing toys at the at The Great Wind-Up:
